Dr. Dr. Diana Heimes is a Resident and Research Assistant at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Mainz, Germany. She obtained her medical degree (2019) and thesis (Dr. med., 2020) from the Universities of Rostock and Mainz and her dental degree (2023) and thesis (Dr. med. dent., 2024) from the University of Mainz. She is a lecturer and speaker in undergraduate and postgraduate education and the author of over 50 national and international articles and a textbook on “Pain Control in Dentistry.”
